Life-Habit


Habit means an action or pattern of behavior that is repeated so often that it become typical of somebody, although he or she may be unaware of it. In psychology, any regularly repeated behavior that requires little or no thought and is learned rather than innate. Some habits (e.g., tying a shoelace) may conserve higher mental processes for more demanding tasks, but others promote behavioral inflexibility or are unhealthy.
We have a lot of different kind of habits. For instance, habits of eating, drinking, sleeping, smoking and making exercise are some of them. Some habits have positive effect on our life and very helpful for having happy and successful life. In other hand, some of these habits are very negative for us.
Therefore changing the environment is very useful to rid our life of the bad habits. But only the new environment is not enough for elimination from the habits. So it is depends on you completely. It is require changing the way of thinking about it and practicing hard for replacing the old response with a new. It is fantastic if we can design our habit life in the healthily and successful manner. Finally do not forget to share your experiences with other friends for having happier life…
