FEEDBACK’ Birthday
Today is 3rd of May and it is FEEDBACK’ Birthday. Having this blog is one of my valuable experiences during these times.
Weblogs (or blogs) are becoming a new form of mainstream personal communication for millions of people to publish and exchange knowledge/information, and to establish networks or build relationships in the world of all blogs, the so-called “blogosphere”. Weblog-building technologies (or blogging tools) bring new capabilities, such as web publication and communication, to average people, especially those non-technical users. The Internet and web technologies have substantially influenced systems development and its outcomes, and radically changed people's behaviour in adopting these technologies.
As suggested by Wagner and Bolloju (2005), weblogs are ideal for experts who wish to broadcast their expertise to a large audience, and are also suitable for average persons who wish to share their stories/diaries with a small group of others. According to Winer (http://www.sciencedirect.com), a blogging pioneer, weblogs have the following characteristics.
Moreover, blogging continues to play a critical role in debates about the important issues of our time, and Blogosphere is one them.
Blogosphere is the collective term encompassing all blogs as a community or social network. The notion of a blogosphere is an important one for understanding blogs. Blogs by themselves are simply the published text of an author's thoughts, but the authors read and comment on others' blogs, link to them and cite them. These relationships between blogs compromise a shifting Internet-wide social and cultural network.
And in my view, nowadays having a blog look like having a mobile phone! It is a more convenience and effective tool for communication…
