Management
I found that Peter Drucker and I have many common points of views about life:
Here are some of his sentences:
1- There is nothing new; every improvement is the progression from a previous achievement.
2- The challenge is to continually develop and update your skills.
3- The process of learning always creates the need for new learning.
4- It is not just a matter of being better rather than a matter of being different.
5- Don’t reinvent systems, use and modify what you’ve got.
6- Attempt to be task oriented, set goals and targets.
7- Set a strict time table and continually monitor it.
8- Don’t spread out the systems and the process too long.
9- You may need advice and support to start you off, but you know your style and mentality to own it and do it yourself.
10- Build people around you to complement your frailties.
11- Don’t just survive an ordeal; emerge stronger by learning from it…

Maturity
One of the good points of doing PhD is about being in academic environment and meeting a lot of mature and well educated people that you can learn many things from them. For instance, the way of thinking to the world and many good things about their life style, etc. Krishna as visiting Professor from USA is one of them.
Krishna, I always enjoyed from your behaviour and how you communicate with people. Thank for all of your good ideas and I hope see you again…

Privatization
These days there is not doubt about the benefits of privatization. Privatization means the transfer of ownership from public sector (government) to the private sector (business). private market actors can more efficiently deliver many goods or service than government due to free market competition. For example by privitazing Department of immigration and multicultural affair in Australia, they can improve their efficency and effectivness. Therefore, they can also eaisier and faster reach to the their mission statement of “people are our business”!
